AS THE second series of Packed To The Rafter's hits the (no longer so) small screen, star Rebecca Gibney has finally put down roots in Sydney.

Gibney paid $1.2 million for an upper Northern Beaches four-bedroom place with water views. The 44-year-old actress was keen to move family, including production designer husband Richard Bell and son, Zach, 4, as her other rellies were near
